We source our wedding gowns from various manufacturers and brands across Europe to provide you with a diverse selection of styles and designs. Each order is delivered to our warehouse in Kansas City, where we conduct internal quality control before delivery to your address with FedEx.

 Production and Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Production and Delivery (USA): The production and delivery period for our wedding gowns typically spans four months from the date of order placement.

  • Fast Order Option (USA): Some dresses come with a “Rush to Order” option, indicating that they can be produced and delivered within two months. Please look for this note while browsing our collection for expedited delivery.

Shipping Information

  • International Shipping: We handle international shipping to deliver your wedding gown from Europe to the USA to our warehouse. After an internal control check, we deliver your order right to your doorstep. We use a shipping method called Delivery At Place, which means you’ll need to sign for your package when it arrives. Please don’t change the delivery method, as we can’t guarantee its safe arrival if you do. If you choose a different delivery method, such as leaving it at the front door or in the backyard without a signature, we can’t take responsibility for any loss or damage to the package.

    Tracking Information: Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is paid and accepted and includes a 2-month period during which your order will be processed and dispatched, followed by a 1-month period of international delivery and 1-2 weeks for delivery within the USA. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the status and location of your package. You can also check the status of your order using your order number and email through the ‘Track Order’ link.
