Return Policy

Items purchased through luciasposabridal.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.  Items that are missing tags or that have been worn or damaged in any way are considered final sale and may not be returned.

Items must be free from makeup, deodorant marks, alterations, odors, stains, or any other signs of wear to be eligible for a refund. An original package is preferred. Any damaged or worn items returned will not be refunded.

Customized items are determined by Customization Policy only.

Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. 

Returns may be requested through the Return Form. Do not return anything without obtaining a return authorization. Non authorized returns will not be refunded.

Please allow up to 10 days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. You will be notified via email when the return has been processed.

Exchange for a Different Style or Size

We don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to try another style or size, simply return unwanted item for a refund and purchase the new item separately. Please refer to our Refund Process for more information regarding return and refund processing timelines.

We apologize for the error with your order. Please contact us for more assistance, as we would like to review our inventory before an exchange order is placed.

Return Steps

To return item purchased on luciasposabridal.com, please follow the easy steps below!

STEP 1 : Initiate Your Return

You can request your return through the Return Form. To initiate the return, you will need the Order Number and the email address you used for your order.

Please process and mail multiple returns individually.

STEP 2 : Prepare Your Return Label

Once your Return was approved by LuciaSposaBridal.com you will receive an email with tracking information, as well as a copy of your return label in case it is misplaced. Affix the return label to your package, and be sure to remove (or cover) the original shipping label. Your return label should correspond with the items in your package.

STEP 3 : Schedule a Pickup

We offer you a complimentary UPS Pickup that you can schedule here.

If you prefer to use your own carrier, please use a trackable and insured shipping method. In this case. 

LuciaSposaBidal.com is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

Please note: LuciaSposaBridal.com is not responsible for non-LuciaSposaBridal.com items shipped back to us in error.

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

Refund Process

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur.

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Q&A

What items can I return?

All returns must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached or cellophane wrap/seals intact. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.

Items not eligible for return or exchange:
– Personalized and dyed items
– Items with any tags removed

A valid receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Any damaged or worn items returned will not be refunded.

Can I change or cancel my order before delivery?

Yes! We understand that things can change and offer you free cancellation before your dress is sent to your address. Please take into consideration that refunds may take 1-2 weeks to process.

What do I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’d like to make it right. Please inform us about the issue via email at contact@luciasposabridal.com within 5 days of receiving the shipment. Please attach at least 3-5 pictures. Do not submit a return request online. You will receive specific instructions on how to exchange the item. We’ll do our best to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items as soon as possible.
